GUIDED TRACKS

Each Breathing Space track uses 8D technology and is available in  shorter versions of about 20 minutes, ideal for daily listening and extended versions of approximately 45 minutes, ideal for when you have more time. All tracks are categorised into gentle, moderate or intense so you can choose the type of experience you wish to have. If you’re new to Breathing Space we suggest that you begin with tracks from the gentle category.

Having suffered with acute asthma, bronchitis and collapsed lungs as a child, I have always been very aware of my breathing. Over the past 25 years I have worked with thousands of individuals, helping them to transform their lives and feel better. The majority of those people had constrained breathing that normalised after they were able to release years of repressed negative emotions.
